Was Project Manager for the conversion of a Xerox custom-built sales tracking system from an MS Access to Oracle database, including enhancements to functionality and data integrity.

Assigned to the Worldwide Technology, Strategy, and Architecture (TS&A) group as an Analyst for call center initiatives. Duties included definition of strategic approach to call center technology standards and raising the awareness for the need of a global strategy. Served as a member of the Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) Task Force where I assisted in resolving issues related to competing CTI product initiatives within Xerox. Was a member of the Core Telephony and Call Center Technology project team that evaluated and selected Xerox standard products for Interactive Voice Response and Auto-dialing technologies as well as developed detailed evaluation of the telephony and call center technology space for future Xerox initiatives.

Transitioned to the Project Team Leader for new call center technology discovery and selection process.

Served as Project Manager for the implementation of the new call center technology, concluding the project on time and under budget. Scope included development of a Functional Requirements Document and Statement of Work clearly defining all responsibilities necessary to integrate the ACD, IVR, CTI server, desktop applications, and back end databases.

After technology implementation, served as the Telecom Manager for the Call Center Technology Group in a 250-seat call center supporting over thirty Chrysler consumer and business applications.

Jul. 1988 - Feb. 1994: Project Leader for the redesign and programming of the Chrysler New Car Rebate system allowing for generic claim eligibility, dealer “fast pay” processing, and improved historical tracking.

Apr. 1988 - Jun 1988: Corrected a number of known problems in the MED/38 hospital software package. Redesigned and reprogrammed the employee time reporting system to allow tracking of time against specific incident reports.
