Starting the walls of the two lower level rooms to be done in the first phase lower level

Also working on the east-side retaining wall and entrance walkway/stairs
to meet up with the stairway to the front of the house.

Shadows
Notice the shadow lines on the house front. We extended the front overhang to 0.9m
(normal .5m) to reduce interior heat and keep dryer while opening the front
door.
Boveda ceiling done on the east-side
...except the rear overhang. They will do all that after the other side of the house is done

After all the ceiling brick-work is complete, they seal the outside with a slurry type of mix
and membrane to help prevent leaks before putting the roof tiles in place.
