April 13, 2023 - Roof, Registers, Workshop and East Wall
Roof concrete sealing complete on the East side, main house
Border bricks placed on the extension roof
West side, main house done in a day or so
After the sealng, then the ends and sides are "finished" to look good
Workshop walls are complete until beams and roofing are begun
The drain registers and other "piping" preparations
Another register is hidden under the wavy material; the front French drain feeds into it.
Basically a bricked-in, sealed hole
Also the bathroom and laundry area floor drains were being worked on, but no pics, bleh
Eduardo Sr. on the foundation for the east-side lot retaining wall
It will be a "stepped" block wall to roughly follow the slope of the neighboring lot.
The wall will be 30cm thick and have a security fence on top of it.
