...and a few minor exterior things. Also, the whole upper house floors, bath wall and shower tile has been selected, price quoted, and ordered. Seems quite a bit less expensive than in the US.
Walkway restored and pipes cemented in to/from the register
Line of cement at the house base is covering the gas line
The pipe sticking out the side of the house is for an exterior water spigot.
When filled-in, the ground level will be much closer to the smooth concrete level

A couple paint colors for the metal beams selected from color cards;
paint samples next week to see how good my choices were and if the cards were true
