Extend the East Retaining Wall to the Road...
Once the walls are in that pile of rubble will need to be moved for the septic and walkway
...And Front Wall from Entrance Gate to the Garage Gate
The front wall will be a retaining wall of 1.2m high rock, not brick, with fencing above.
That will allow better landscaping options, with flatter garden surface, etc.

We will also need to relocate the water pipe from the association's line in the street
...and put in a better quality pipe to the house with a meter for personal monitoring
