The plastic washtub is sort of a novelty...I had to import it from Amazon US.
In Mexico they normally build in a cement, rebar reinforced tub attached to the wall.

Tile waiting to be installed

Builder wants to get the windows installed in the rooms before putting in the tile.
So, they will be installing the bathroom tile first, most likely

Living/Kitchen tile color

Three areas will have different tile colors. Living area and kitchen as pictured (taupe).
Bath, bedroom, and closet will have same texture and size, but slighty lighter color.
Rear entrance and pantry will have a darker reddish-brown color tile.

I decided not to install a shower door, so raised the walls to allow a curtain
A grab bar and inset shelf will be on the shower wall.
