September 12, 2024 - Catchup, Restart, and Secure the Border
Long-time since last update. Work has restarted; some minor interior work has been done, but now the focus is now on closing up the house and securing the border; windows, gates, walls and the fencing to come.
The previous herrero (blacksmith or metalsmith) disappeared on us for a couple months which pushed the schedule back and we had to find a new one.
Most of the wall tile, and floor tile, in place for the bathroom
Toilet, sink, etc. and final trim after water system installed

(was 2). It was for retaining wall levels, now levels for fence install
